Brand Security Officer - Garden State Plaza

Summary

The Brand Security Officer oversees day-to-day security operations and back of house controls to protect assets and support store performance while delivering exceptional client service and the brand experience. The role partners with senior security and store management to implement incident management procedures, maintain security systems, and assist with facility operations and opening and closing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to deter theft and protect merchandise.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management on incident reporting and response.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm tests, key access checks, and security equipment monitoring.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
• Cover back of house operations and maintain security controls.
• Deliver a positive client experience and act as a brand ambassador in the store.
• Support store sales objectives by assisting with client interactions and service initiatives.
• Implement standard hospitality processes and act on client feedback and NPS scores.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred experience in a retail or security environment.
• Preferred at least 1 year prior experience in a security related position.
