Summary
The Brand Steward supports store presentation standards under the Visual Manager by maintaining merchandising and visual presentation across departments. This role is client focused, requires initiative, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with selling and operations teams to elevate the in-store experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of store presentation standards and brand requirements
- Maintain merchandising standards on the selling floor throughout the day
- Support large scale relayering and visual projects across the store
- Mirror Style Advisor schedules to provide coverage during high risk periods
- Support closing routines and follow a close to open philosophy
- Foster relationships with Style Advisors to partner on floor presentation and maintenance
- Act as a liaison between operations and selling teams to ensure an elevated client experience
- Assist in training fellow Brand Steward Associates
- Perform ad hoc duties to support store presentation needs
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience in retail or other fast paced environments
- Strong understanding of merchandising and visual presentation standards
- Up to date knowledge of brand presentation trends and company standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including opening, late day, weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer focused with professional and respectful interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem solving and ability to work collaboratively across teams
