Summary
The Brand Steward maintains and elevates store presentation standards on the selling floor, serving as an ambassador for brand merchandising and visual presentation. This role supports projects, partners with sales teams, and ensures consistent execution of company display and relayering expectations while delivering a polished client experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards across departments.
- Serve as ambassador for brand and store presentation requirements.
- Support and execute large scale relayering and display projects.
- Work on the selling floor to continuously monitor merchandise condition.
- Support closing routine and follow close to open procedures.
- Foster relationships with Style Advisors to partner on floor maintenance.
- Act as liaison between operations and selling teams to enhance client experience.
- Assist in training fellow Brand Steward Associates.
- Perform ad hoc duties to support store standards.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant retail or fast paced environment experience.
- Understanding of and passion for merchandising and visual presentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability including opening, late day, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Professional and polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to change.
- Proactive problem solving and initiative to follow through on tasks.
