Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bridal Sales Stylist with foundational experience in the luxury bridal industry. Our ideal candidate is passionate about high-end bridal fashion and has a strong ability to connect with clients, assisting them in finding their dream gown.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement
  • Provide a warm and personalized shopping experience, understanding the bride's vision, needs, and preferences.
  • Support senior stylists in building and nurturing relationships with brides to foster loyalty.
  • Actively listen to client feedback, sharing insights with the team to optimize the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to support a consistent and elevated customer experience.
Styling Expertise
  • Develop a growing familiarity with our collection, assisting brides with style advice under the mentorship of seasoned stylists.
  • Support in suggesting looks that cater to each bride’s unique style, including accessory pairing.
  • Stay informed about the fit and customization options for each gown in the collection, directing complex inquiries to senior team members as needed.
  • Assist the alterations team to ensure brides are satisfied with the fit and appearance of their gowns.
Sales Support
  • Assist in driving sales by forming genuine client relationships.
  • Support senior stylists in tracking sales metrics and client feedback.
  • Begin gaining familiarity with CRM tools to manage client information and appointment schedules.
  • Participate in team sales strategy meetings, absorbing knowledge and insights.
After-Sales Service
  • Assist in following up with brides post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
  • Help with coordination of gown preservation services and delivery logistics under guidance.
Market Awareness
  • Stay updated with the latest in luxury bridal fashion and industry trends.
  • Support senior stylists in relaying client feedback to the management and design teams.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 year of experience selling in the luxury bridal space.
  • A track record in sales and client relationship building.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for fashion and a developing eye for detail.
  • Organizational skills with a focus on supporting team tasks.
  • Initial experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
