Business Manager - 59th Street

Summary

The Business Manager provides on-site retail sales support at the 59th Street location, selling directly to customers, training and motivating Beauty Consultants, and assisting the Account Executive with planning and executing special event programs and follow-up training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on selling to customers on the sales floor
• Train and motivate Beauty Consultants through continual coaching
• Assist the Account Executive in planning special event programs
• Execute special event programs and manage follow-up training
• Support day-to-day retail sales operations at the store
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback
• Ensure consistent delivery of prestige luxury service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of prestige luxury retail sales and management experience
• Prior experience in Sales as Business Manager Training Manager or Sales Associate
• Strong selling and coaching skills
• Knowledge of English required
• Additional languages such as Spanish Portuguese Italian or French are a plus
