Business Solutions Lead

As a Business Solutions Lead at Chanel in Toronto, you will play a crucial role in managing the software development lifecycle and partner management for third-party application support services. You will leverage your expertise in ERP and POS solutions to drive technical changes and support the successful delivery of projects within the Finance, Logistics, and Retail Solutions space.

• Manage periodic releases and ongoing enhancements for Chanel Canada's application landscape.
• Oversee third-party application support partner service delivery.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with support from SMEs.
• Drive technical changes and manage small to intermediate projects.
• Collaborate with solution teams to create best-in-class software development and testing.
• Ensure information security and business continuity requirements are met.
• Support organizational change management activities.

• Experience with ERP and/or POS systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX.
• Background in e-application delivery, project management, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of systems integrations and architecture.
• Knowledge of SDLC and release management processes.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Previous experience working with offshore teams and managed service providers.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira, and PowerBI.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Product Management are a plus.
