Job Description

Summary

As a Business Training Manager at Gucci in Dallas, you will focus on training strategies and executing learning initiatives within the Central market. You will collaborate with various departments to measure the success of training programs and align them with brand objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Support training strategies to improve KPIs and ensure a consistent client experience.
  • Execute training activities as directed by senior leadership.
  • Facilitate monthly district training calls and contribute to content development.
  • Create training decks for briefings and activities.
  • Coach and train sales associates through observation and feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a formalized training position within retail stores.
  • Experience in a client-facing role in a retail setting is desirable.
  • Luxury retail experience is preferred.
  • Experience planning and managing training events with flawless execution.
  • Ability to manage and work within a travel budget.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems.
  • Up to 30-40% travel required throughout the Central market.
