Busperson

As a Busperson at Holt Renfrew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the dining experience by ensuring tables are set and cleared efficiently, and assisting servers as needed. You will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients by adhering to Holt Renfrew's high standards of service and cleanliness.

• Set tables with cutlery, crockery, linens, and glassware according to Holt Renfrew standards.
• Ensure all items are perfectly clean and ready for use.
• Refill condiment holders and supplies as needed.
• Assist servers in delivering orders to guests.
• Refill water, bread, and other items as required.
• Remove dishes after courses and bring used items to the cleaning station.
• Change linens as necessary.
• Comply with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to contribute to financial objectives and individual goals.
• Strong client feedback and satisfaction skills.
