Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to the kitchen for washing
• Support setup and cleanup of service areas
• Assist with basic prep work as needed
• Perform equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate workflow

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible and varying schedule
• Possession of a food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
