Summary

The busser is responsible for maintaining clean and orderly dining areas, supporting food service operations, and providing prompt customer service in a busy restaurant environment. The role requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. This position supports setup, cleanup, dish transport, and general restaurant maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support setup and cleanup of dining areas
• Assist with prep work as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and floors
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Food handler's card where required by regulations
