- Attend market shows to select and assemble collections and product assortments.
- Buy products aligning with strategy, plan, and budget to drive profit.

- Select reliable vendors to source quality products at favorable terms.
- Manage purchase orders, inventory control, and open-to-buy opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of merchandise and negotiate discounts on late deliveries.
- Develop financial plans and present Seasonal Business Reviews.
- Provide product information and maintain communication with the store team.
- Implement marketing plans to maximize brand exposure and sales.
- Negotiate with vendors for marketing support and maintain excellent vendor relations.
Requirements- Undergraduate degree in Business or Retail Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of proven Buying experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Sound knowledge of purchasing principles and Retail Math.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing a $50M business in buying.
- Experience managing a large number of vendors.
