Buyer Womens RTW

As a Buyer for Women's RTW at Saint Laurent, you will be a key player in driving the business and inspiring both teams and clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, curating market-specific assortments, and maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

• Inspire passion for RTW internally and externally.
• Act as a liaison between the region and global partners in Paris.
• Develop and execute seasonal buys and present strategies to HQ Paris and Senior Leaders.
• Oversee the product life cycle and analyze sales to define action plans.
• Monitor business by store/SKU and implement initiatives to maximize opportunities.
• Compose business recaps and partner with global teams on product feedback and market needs.
• Collaborate with retail teams on client needs and special events.
• Host in-store trainings and demonstrate understanding of industry trends.
• Develop strong partnerships with store leaders and work closely with internal departments.

• Ability to be flexible and agile in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of buying psychology.
• Proficiency in retail math and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in building strategy decks.
• Willingness to travel internationally and locally.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years in luxury retail buying.
