Summary
CRM Specialist responsible for supporting strategy and execution of CRM initiatives to drive retention, personalization, and loyalty. Role combines analytics and creative execution to manage campaign operations, data integrity, reporting, and partnership with retail and merchandising teams. This role is based in TriBeCa and supports omni channel CRM efforts across email, clienteling, and service outreach.
Responsibilities
- Support creation and deployment of targeted CRM campaigns including email, direct mail, and event invitations.
- Maintain and segment client databases to ensure accurate and compliant data.
- Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and timelines with marketing, retail, and merchandising teams.
- Lead CRM data needs, operational setup, and integrations to enrich customer data.
- Track and analyze CRM performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly dashboards.
- Identify high-value clients and opportunities for reengagement or upselling.
- Build go to market plans supporting omni channel efforts and collaborate with Email and Clienteling teams.
- Support retail teams with personalized outreach, clienteling activities, and CRM training for store associates.
- Assist in managing loyalty programs and coordinate gifting and exclusive event communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or client development; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Data driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a refined brand tone.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and collaborate across teams.
