CRM Temp

We are currently seeking a CRM Temp who will report to the CRM Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York. This opportunity will allow you to gain experience within a luxury brand that will support you for your next endeavor and future career.

• Support Client Engagement with CRM Data, Tools, and Insights.
• Support Client Engagement with Direct Marketing and Clienteling.
• Assist with reporting and insights.
• Assist with data quality management activities.
• Assist with email marketing validations and requests.
• Assist with clienteling campaigns, pulling client lists and asset requests.
• Assist with troubleshooting for Luce application.
• Ad-hoc seasonal projects and support on in-store activations as needed.

• Detail-oriented and task-driven.
• Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic SQL skills or interest a plus.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Superb analytical and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work in our NYC corporate office.
• Able to receive academic credit.
• Available 24 hours a week.
