Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
• Help resolve credit card and loyalty card questions for customers and colleagues.
• Answer customer calls and connect customers with the appropriate selling team professional.
• Process cash office functions, including deposits, loans, currency exchange, and management of super funds.
• Assist with gift wrapping and the sale of gift cards and greeting cards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with extended periods of sitting, customer communication, and using multiple computer screens; able to lift 10 pounds frequently.
