Cash Operations Administrator - Oakbrook

Summary

The Cash Operations Administrator supports sales performance and profitability by performing cash management, reconciliations, banking duties, and administrative tasks for the Operations team. This on-site role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and provides backup support to Sales Support Assistant and Service Concierge.

Responsibilities

• Complete cash and check reconciliation daily
• Perform daily sales audits and reconcile cash office profile register drawer
• Lead and support all bank deposits and banking needs
• Manage red bags and media handling
• Handle WHIRL inquiries as assigned
• Support tax exempt processing and sales tax record needs
• Support marketing exceptions process
• Assist with resolution of escalated customer credit inquiries and disputes
• Provide backup support to sales support and service concierge functions

Requirements

• Prior retail experience recommended
• Experience handling money and providing excellent customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with Operations team
• Nonexempt role with attention to detail and accuracy
