Cashier - Intimate Apparel

The Cashier in Intimate Apparel at Holt Renfrew is responsible for providing superb customer service to all clients, ensuring a high standard of service in a fashion-driven environment. This role involves managing inquiries, processing transactions, and supporting the sales floor.

• Provide consistently excellent customer service to all clients.
• Maintain expert knowledge of store layout and product locations.
• Resolve standard customer service issues within policy guidelines.
• Manage incoming inquiries and requests in person, via phone, or email.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
• Process gift cards for clients.
• Support the client services department as needed.
• Act as a POS super user to support the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the concierge community.
• Assist with store events, including list creation and RSVP management.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures.

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Good working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
