Provides customer-focused service and supports sales goals while creating an inspiring shopping experience. Works collaboratively to maintain store standards and represent the brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and assist customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting rooms.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment and visual presentation.
• Support store operations, opening and closing responsibilities, and required training.

Requirements

• Retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
