Cashier

Summary

Cashiers create a welcoming customer experience and ensure a smooth, accurate checkout. They provide product knowledge, support sales, and maintain an orderly cashwrap while following store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and support cross-selling and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and Ship to Home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate sales data in the POS system.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean and support visual merchandising standards.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the store team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
