Cashier

Summary

Provide a welcoming customer experience and ensure accurate, efficient checkout transactions. Support store standards and daily operations while sharing product knowledge and building positive relationships with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and support sales through product knowledge, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate sales data, and escalate concerns to management.
• Keep the cash wrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising, and assist with store operations.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the team to maintain company standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
