Cashier

Summary

Cashiers provide a welcoming customer experience and ensure accurate, seamless checkout transactions. This role also supports store operations, product knowledge, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide product knowledge while supporting cross-selling and upselling.
• Process sales, returns, promotions, and Ship to Home orders accurately, and maintain customer profiles in the POS system.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising standards, and complete required training.
• Collaborate with the team, uphold company standards, and support talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
