Summary

Cashiers provide a welcoming, customer-first checkout experience and process transactions accurately. The role also supports customer service, store presentation, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and share product knowledge.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate transaction data in the POS system.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean and support visual merchandising standards.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the store team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
