Summary

Cashiers provide a welcoming, customer-first checkout experience and accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system. They maintain an organized cashwrap while supporting store service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and share product knowledge.
• Process sales, returns, promotions, and ship-to-home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate transaction information in the POS system.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising, and complete required training.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive, welcoming work environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
