Summary

Cashiers provide a welcoming, customer-first checkout experience while supporting sales and store operations. The role processes transactions accurately, maintains customer information in the POS system, and keeps the cashwrap area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer phone inquiries, and provide product knowledge.
• Process sales, returns, promotional offers, coupons, and ship-to-home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate salesperson data in the POS system.
• Keep the cashwrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising standards, and share product feedback with management.
• Complete required training, collaborate with team members, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
