Full-Time Brand Ambassador Cashier responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that meets Ralph Lauren brand expectations. The role focuses on customer service, sales performance, store execution, and supporting company initiatives while operating the cash register and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance through effective selling techniques
• Operate the register and assist customers at the cashwrap
• Support execution of company initiatives and store standards
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
• Engage customers through outreach and clienteling activities
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and digital tools
• Maintain sales floor presentation and productivity standards
• Assist with inventory movement and stockroom tasks up to 30 lbs
• Work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to operate a register and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs and work on the sales floor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
