Cashier

Summary

Cashiers provide a welcoming customer experience and ensure seamless, accurate checkout. This position may be offered as full-time or part-time depending on candidate availability and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and support sales through product knowledge, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate sales records, and keep the cashwrap and surrounding areas clean.
• Support store merchandising standards, complete required training, and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
