Summary

Cashiers create welcoming customer experiences and ensure smooth, accurate checkout transactions. The role supports sales, store standards, and daily cashwrap operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and share product knowledge while supporting cross-selling and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotions, and ship-to-home orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain customer profiles, merchandise presentation, and cleanliness of the cashwrap and queue area.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the store team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
