Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized customer service in a high-volume retail environment, supporting sales goals and delivering the brand experience. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends and involves point of sale operation and floor duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales through customer focused interactions
• Operate the register and process transactions
• Support company and store initiatives to deliver brand expectations
• Participate in team training and utilize new sales technology
• Engage in networking to build and maintain clientele
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and successes
• Maintain sales floor standards and merchandising

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and operate a cashwrap
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to use technology for alternative purchasing processes
