Summary
Support the Celebrity Relations Director by coordinating logistical aspects of celebrity and influencer engagements including store pulls, shipments, invoices and travel arrangements. Ensure seamless execution of domestic and international logistics and provide administrative support to celebrity and influencer teams while working on site part time at the Midtown Manhattan corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Manage travel, car and glam bookings for celebrity and influencer talents for events and fittings
- Process and track invoices and manage re-bills
- Coordinate day of event logistics with coordination teams including arrival times and transportation
- Coordinate approved store pulls for PR placements, gifting and allowances
- Reconcile budgets for department and re-bills
- Assist with daily administrative duties including scheduling and organization of event details
- Prepare and execute product seeding to celebrities influencers and stylists
- Book local couriers and manage domestic and international shipments
- Generate customs invoices track incoming shipments and manage returns of samples
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications PR or relevant experience in celebrity relations
- Proven experience coordinating travel logistics and time management
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented with excellent follow through
- Ability to work on site four days per week in Midtown Manhattan
