- Represent the region at client events and strengthen loyalty.
- Recruit, integrate, and mentor new Sales Consultants.
- Create a motivating performance-focused environment.
- Develop team skills through regional meetings and field support.
- Provide regular feedback on team performance.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the regional budget with the Sales Director.
- Manage expenses (sales, travel, events) and propose pricing adjustments.
- Contribute to regional marketing programs.
- Demonstrate teamwork and leadership in a complex changing environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (master's is a plus).
- 5+ years of sales management experience, ideally in medical devices or optics.
- Strong track record in achieving targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Bilingual French/English (oral and written) required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability to travel within Canada and the United States (approx. 30%).
