Summary
Senior finance leader responsible for overseeing finance, planning, cash flow, accounting oversight, and financial systems for a high-growth omni-channel consumer brand. The role partners with the Controller and executive team to drive forecasting, budgeting, liquidity management, tax and financing strategy, real estate finance, and enterprise risk management. The CFO will lead financial reviews, support systems strategy including ERP ownership, and provide strategic guidance to support scaling and operational discipline.
Responsibilities
- Oversee finance, planning, cash flow management, and partner with Controller on financial statement integrity.
- Lead annual budgets, rolling 24-month forecasts, three-year plans, and monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital, and inventory planning alignment with sales and margins.
- Prepare for and oversee financial reviews, audits, lender reporting, and covenant management.
- Assess entity structure, lead tax strategy with external advisors, and secure financing as needed.
- Oversee financial management of corporate real estate and lead diligence on acquisitions and lease terms.
- Manage external legal counsel on financial matters and provide commercial guidance on contracts and negotiations.
- Own financial and enterprise systems strategy, ERP governance, reporting architecture, and data integrity.
- Lead cost management, risk mitigation, and foster disciplined financial management across the business.
Requirements
- Proven senior finance leadership experience as CFO or equivalent in an omni-channel consumer brand.
- Experience in high-growth, complex organizations with demonstrated forecasting and financial strategy skills.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities and ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Experience with enterprise systems, data governance, and ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience building and developing high-performing teams and partnering with non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience supporting multi-location retail and international operations preferred.
- Experience in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments preferred.
