Summary
Senior strategic partner to the President responsible for advising on organizational priorities, driving cross functional alignment, and overseeing executive office operations. Leads high priority projects, prepares executive briefings, and represents the Office of the President with discretion. Supports strategic planning and assists senior leadership and board level initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the President on strategic and operational matters.
- Manage daily operations of the Office of the President including agenda setting and meeting preparation.
- Prioritize, coordinate, and track high level projects and initiatives to ensure delivery.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, talking points, and presentations for engagements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among senior leadership, department heads, and board members.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives and clarify roles and deliverables.
- Lead special projects often involving sensitive or high impact topics.
- Support relationship management with key partners, donors, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Business Public Administration Policy or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational leadership consulting operations or executive support roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex high stakes projects with discretion and efficiency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence diplomacy and professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Experience working with senior executives boards or high level external stakeholders.
