Job Description

Overview

The company is a rapidly growing luxury jewelry and accessories brand based in Boca Raton, FL. It offers handcrafted pieces that blend timeless design with modern innovation across e-commerce, wholesale and retail channels. Positioned in the premium market, the business is on track to scale from approximately $20M to $100M+ in revenue over the next few years. The Chief Operating Officer will partner closely with the Founder & CEO to translate vision into scalable, disciplined, data-driven infrastructure while preserving creativity, agility and a client-centric culture. This on-site, full-time role demands strategic leadership to integrate and optimize all core business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Founder & CEO to define and execute a 3–5 year growth roadmap to scale revenue from ~$20M to $100M+.
  • Design and implement the operating model, organizational structure and processes required for sustained, profitable growth.
  • Develop and oversee company-wide KPIs, performance dashboards and a regular cadence of reviews to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives—new markets, categories, partnerships and distribution channels—based on operational feasibility and ROI.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, production planning, inventory management, quality control and fulfillment.
  • Optimize warehouse and distribution center performance, covering SLAs, order processing, returns management and B2B fulfillment.
  • Implement demand planning, inventory allocation and replenishment strategies to minimize stockouts, overbuys and margin leakage.
  • Drive operational excellence in e-commerce: merchandising flows, inventory sync, site operations, fraud prevention, fulfillment and customer service.
  • Ensure seamless retail and wholesale operations: store standards, staffing, training, inventory controls, EDI compliance and partner support.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in conversion rates, delivery speed, packaging and post-purchase experience.
  • Build, mentor and scale a high-performing operations team; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and ownership.
  • Select and implement systems (ERP/WMS/OMS) and codify SOPs, policies and controls to support data-driven decision-making and scalability.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain or general management, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles (VP/SVP/COO or equivalent).
  • Proven track record scaling a founder-led consumer brand—ideally in fashion, jewelry, accessories, beauty or related premium/luxury categories.
  • Direct experience overseeing DTC e-commerce operations, warehouse and distribution center management, wholesale account support and retail store operations.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with deep understanding of P&L, gross margin, inventory turns and working capital.
  • History of implementing or optimizing ERP, WMS, OMS or similar platforms; comfortable using data and technology to drive decisions.
  • Experience building and leading multi-functional teams through rapid growth, change and professionalization.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven, disciplined leadership style.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment, balancing vision and creativity with operational rigor.
  • Luxury brand orientation and unwavering commitment to delivering premium customer experiences.
