The company operates across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels and is known for high-impact collections, celebrity visibility, and a nimble, entrepreneurial culture.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to the Founder & CEO. This hybrid role blends high-level executive support with strategic project management and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is experienced, polished, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced luxury consumer environment, ensuring the CEO’s priorities are executed seamlessly and the broader leadership team stays aligned.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Calendar Management
  • Own and manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing meetings and protecting focus time in alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board, investor, key wholesale partner, and vendor appointments.
  • Manage all travel logistics (domestic and international), including itineraries, agendas, and briefing materials.
  • Handle inbox management and correspondence, drafting and editing emails, memos, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Chief of Staff & Strategic Support
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping translate vision into actionable plans and follow-up.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and briefing documents for key meetings and initiatives.
  • Track priorities, projects, and deliverables across departments, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders remain accountable.
  • Lead follow-through on action items from leadership and cross-functional meetings.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and status updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
  • Serve as a central liaison between the CEO and teams across merchandising, operations, marketing, retail, and finance.
  • Help maintain clear, timely communication and alignment between departments on top initiatives.
  • Support special projects such as new product launches, retail expansions, events, and key partnership initiatives.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism when interacting with internal teams, partners, talent, and VIP clients.
Operations & Administration
  • Maintain organized systems for documents, contracts, and key information.
  • Assist with vendor relationships, including scheduling, follow-ups, and basic contract administration.
  • Help refine processes and tools that increase the CEO’s efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar senior executive support roles, ideally supporting C-level leaders or founders.
  • Background in consumer-facing industries such as luxury goods, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or premium retail strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or founder-led environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities with grace and urgency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Personal Attributes
  • Highly proactive, anticipatory, and solutions-oriented—always one step ahead.
  • Comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Polished, confident presence with strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a visionary leader.
Location & Schedule
  • This role is based in the company’s Boca Raton, FL headquarters and requires onsite presence 5 days per week.
