Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer service while supporting sales goals and maintaining Ralph Lauren store standards. This role contributes to a positive, inclusive team environment and helps customers discover products, styling, and available programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Assist customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
