Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer personalized styling recommendations.
• Grow personal sales through wardrobing, outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Build customer relationships, capture client information, and participate in store initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, support training, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and help identify talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience selling with digital tools preferred.
