Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and offer personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Drive sales through clienteling, outreach, digital tools, and achievement of individual performance goals.
• Support team success by coaching colleagues, maintaining visual standards, and participating in store initiatives.
• Use customer relationship management tools to capture customer information and support business initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends; experience using digital sales tools is preferred.
