Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience and supports sales goals in a retail setting. This seasonal role combines customer service, product knowledge, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, sizing, and fitting rooms.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing tasks, and team training.
• Share customer and product feedback with management and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
