Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Fendi Beverly Hills, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and surpassing sales targets. By cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, you will tailor their in-store experience to enhance their perception of Fendi, fostering long-lasting connections through our clienteling tools and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
  • Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
  • Adhere to all store guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
  • Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
  • Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
  • Utilize POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database.
  • Acquire product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competition.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
  • Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
  • Open/close the store as required, including conducting morning team meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining visual standards with guidance from VM, corporate, and management.
  • Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
  • Represent the brand appropriately as a positive role model.
  • Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store procedures.
  • Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
  • Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using POS system and inventory management functions.
  • RTW experience preferred.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
  • Minimum High School Diploma required.
  • Strong organizational and digital literacy skills.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
