Client Advisor - Big Island

Summary

The Client Advisor at the Waikoloa store delivers exceptional, personalized service and embodies the brand in every client interaction. You will build and deepen client relationships, provide styling and product expertise, and drive sales through appointments and clienteling. This role focuses on creating memorable in-store experiences while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction and act as a brand ambassador.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and cultivate repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed store sales targets and drive business through key product pillars.
• Conduct client appointments, convert through discovery and styling, and create memorable in-store experiences.
• Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and the ability to connect with clients.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
