Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate new and existing client outreach.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and personalized styling during client appointments.
• Drive sales through key product pillars and daily discovery conversations.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and multilingual proficiency are desired.
