- Achieve individual clienteling objectives and leverage tools provided.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage data to grow the business.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust with clients.
- Contribute to daily processes under the supervision of Boutique management.
- Leverage tools like CEGID and Salesforce for operations excellence.
- Coordinate Aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
