Client Advisor - Naples Waterside Shops

As a Client Advisor at Gucci Naples Waterside Shops, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, meeting their individual needs, and promoting the philosophy and values of the Gucci brand. You will create a branded, luxury client experience and act as a Gucci Ambassador.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales.
• Capture meaningful customer data for client relationship building.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
• Work as a team player and foster open communication with colleagues.
• Maintain security standards and contribute to visual product displays.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive results and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different customers.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
