Client Advisor

Summary

As a Client Advisor you will deliver personalized, memorable client experiences that reflect the Tiffany brand, build and nurture client relationships, and drive sales to achieve store commercial targets. You will act as a brand ambassador, using consultative selling and clienteling to convert appointments and grow repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Tiffany touch and deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and cultivate new and existing business through outreach and appointments.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and drive business through key product pillars.
• Convert clients through curiosity and discovery, and deliver elevated in-store experiences and hospitality.
• Leverage client feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) insights to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and the ability to connect with clients.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
• College/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages are preferred.
