Summary

The Client Advisor represents Moncler as a Brand Ambassador and delivers exceptional luxury experiences. This role builds lasting client relationships through personalized service and clienteling while contributing to individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, recommend products, and develop client relationships through personalized service and proactive follow-up.
• Achieve individual sales goals and performance indicators while supporting store sales and business objectives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of collections, products, services, and brand heritage.
• Process sales and service requests accurately, support inventory activities, and maintain store organization and visual merchandising standards.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, loss prevention protocols, and compliance standards while collaborating with the store team.
