Join the Ala Moana store as a Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury service, achieving sales targets, and cultivating client relationships while supporting store operations and maintaining product knowledge and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and appointments
- Utilize brand selling techniques including cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and update client profiles regularly
- Support store opening and closing tasks such as cycle counts and light cleaning duties
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, signage, lighting, and general store maintenance
- Participate in training to sustain high product knowledge across collections
- Assist with in-store events, consignments, and communicating new collection deliveries to clients
- Comply with company policies and promote a respectful work environment
- Be available for required shifts including closings, weekends, inventory, and holiday season
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, luxury retail preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written communication and a polished professional appearance
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following
- Available to work closing shifts at least 3 times weekly, minimum 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Capable of climbing a ladder and lifting packages of 5-8 lbs regularly
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and leadership potential
