Client Advisor - Ala Moana Center

As a Client Advisor at the Ala Moana Center, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. Your role will involve tailoring the client experience to exceed expectations and supporting the sales team in achieving store goals.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated according to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience and mentor the team to ensure smooth sales operations on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to enhance and develop the business, achieving individual and store goals.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships and identify potential clients.
• Source new clients and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
