As a Client Advisor at Ala Moana Center, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will utilize your expertise in luxury retail to exceed client expectations and drive sales in a dynamic environment.

• Provide impeccable service to clients, acting as a true ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in sales ceremonies.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests and achieving sales targets.
• Proactively use clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM to build and retain client relationships.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's ready-to-wear (RTW).
