Client Advisor - Ala Moana

As a Client Advisor at our Honolulu Ala Moana Boutique, you will be a key representative of Dolce & Gabbana, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients. You will leverage your luxury retail experience to exceed client expectations and achieve sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client is treated according to Dolce & Gabbana standards.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in the sales process.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and serve as a role model by prioritizing client interests and achieving sales targets.
• Utilize clienteling tools to achieve individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Monitor and update CRM to build and retain client relationships and identify potential clients.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and maintain productive long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
