- Consistently exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Build and maintain a loyal high-net-worth clientele, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Use CRM tools to manage outreach, follow-ups, and special milestones.
- Host and support private client events and luxury activations.
- Cultivate referrals and organic client growth through exceptional service.
- Maintain BVLGARI’s visual and service standards at all times.
- Support inventory management, daily operations, and merchandising needs.
- Participate in boutique openings, closings, and special project execution.
Requirements- 3+ years in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewelry or timepieces.
- Proven success in client development, high-ticket sales, and storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident and polished.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM platforms and digital clienteling tools.
- Mandarin fluency strongly preferred; additional language skills a plus.
